Content Retention

We store uploaded content and AI-Generated Content so that you can access your content and use the Service. Content remains available until you delete it or request deletion of your account. We do not automatically publish your content.

Content Deletion

When you delete individual content, or when we complete a verified account-deletion request, the deletion is irreversible and the content is permanently removed from active systems. Limited records may be retained only where required by law, for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or bookkeeping. These retained records do not include copies of your deleted uploaded or generated content unless retention is legally required.

• Your information may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, where privacy laws may differ.
• Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organisational and technical safeguards for international transfers.

• We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.

9. Delete Your Account

You may request permanent deletion of your Genspicy account by emailing support@genspicy.ai from the email address associated with your account and using the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

We will verify account ownership before processing the request. Deletion is irreversible. Credits, uploaded content, generated content and personal data associated with the account will be removed, except for limited records that we must retain under applicable law or for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or bookkeeping.

10. Children's Privacy

• The Service is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
• If you believe a minor has provided personal data to us, contact support@genspicy.ai so that we can investigate and delete it.

• We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
• We will post the revised version and change the "Last updated" date.
• Where appropriate, material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the Service.
